Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (Within Country)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs and destination.

Note: Shipment delays may occur due to postal issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier-related factors.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or restricted regions where shipping limitations apply.

  • Certain items may have additional restrictions based on customs regulations.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

LULI & SAGE is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or delays caused by customs.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • LULI & SAGE is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we will assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an address error occurs, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
